Successful executives are familiar with the strategic planning process. They use it to guide their work. They have a vision about what they want to do, and they make specific plans based on information and data they gather. In this workshop, participants use a similar planning process, including doing a SWOT (a Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats analysis) and a visioning process, to steer their own growth. Participants leave with a framework they can use to create goals and move into action.
The ability to lead highly effective teams is the difference between a good and a great leader. A good leader taps into personal strengths to create and lead teams – a great leader can leverage all team members’ assets to yield the maximize team performance. In this highly interactive workshop, participants learn team-building skills and tools. Participants share best practices for building solid team working relationships and getting the best from their teams in a wide range of situations and environments.
Unlike traditional skill-building, executive presence is hard to define and harder still to master. Executive presence is about how a leader shows up in their work – it’s not just what you do as a leader, it’s who you are as a leader that really counts! In this workshop, participants learn the core competencies of executive presence and focus on its impact on their leadership style. Participants determine how to develop their unique leadership style presence and share best practices.

In this practical hands-on workshop, participants learn about the six most important things they can do now to thrive in times of change and even chaos. Stories about leaders in other industries who are succeeding are shared and examined for best practices.
*This workshop includes a customized online assessment and feedback report that participants complete before attending the workshop to learn about their unique communication style. We each bring a unique communication style to our work and our life. When we better understand our best style, we can identify specific ways to refine our communication and ensure it is working for us! Prior to the workshop, participants complete an online assessment that helps them uncover their preferred style of verbal and nonverbal communication. During the workshop, participants learn more about how to fully benefit from their unique style and uncover ways to use their style to enhance team communications.
