We offer five core coaching services, each customized to meet your needs and help you achieve your goals:

3. Coaching Culture Program for organizations committed to developing an internal "coaching culture."

Our coaching programs are aimed at helping individuals and organizations to identify where they currently are, where they want to be, and what they need to do to reach their goals. We use a fact-based, results-oriented, proven process that supports individuals and organizations in achieving their full potential. The coach-coachee relationship is honest, confidential, supportive, and highly accountable. The coach holds the coachee accountable for taking the action steps identified during coaching, and the coachee holds the coach accountable for identifying blind spots and exploring all options and opportunities.
We usually meet by phone, and sometimes in-person, for up to one hour, three times a month. The relationship continues for at least six months. But the value of the coaching lasts long after the conclusion of the work.

While each coaching assignment is customized to the client's needs, our Coaching Process includes the following activities (some steps may not be relevant for self-funded clients):

  • Match – We match you with exactly the right coach for your needs, experience, and individual style.
  • Assessment – We identify and agree on coaching issues, goals, and desired outcomes. Depending on the need, we will use a variety of assessment tools, including 360s, Myers-Briggs Personality Testing, and stakeholder interviews to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth.
  • Planning – Create a coaching plan that includes agreed-upon goals, specific action steps, and a timeline.
  • Coaching – Ongoing in–person and phone coaching: this is the execution phase, during which the heavy lifting of achieving the goals occurs. Between coaching sessions, those being coached will complete assignments, which might include recommended reading or practicing specific behaviors.
  • Evaluation – Regular review of coaching goals to ensure that we are on track for reaching the goals. A closing assessment at the end of the coaching engagement measures the effectiveness of our work together.

Executive Coaching

The goal of coaching is the goal of good management: to make the most of an organization's valuable resources. ~ Harvard Business Review

Our Executive Coaching improves a leader's performance and strengthens the connection between the leader and the organization's objectives. Our focus is on supporting leaders in a confidential, supportive way, while adding value to the organization they serve.
We recognize that both the executive and the organization must benefit from the coaching process. The specific coaching goals are identified by the individual client and, sometimes, by a coaching team, and the coaching program is tailored to best serve these needs.
We frequently serve senior level executives who need a strategic sounding board and a thought partner who is solution-based and holds things completely in confidence.
And we also frequently serve rising leaders who need an objective, third-party partner who provides another perspective. We help these leaders identify their opportunities and their blind spots, and we help think through complex relationships and situations.

Team Coaching

Unlike traditional, one-size-fits-all "teambuilding activities" that amount to fleeting attempts at building camaraderie , we offer customized coaching programs designed to create real change and offer long-term solutions to specific business challenges. This is a flexible, cost-effective way to bring coaching to more people in one organization and help leaders collaborate more effectively and work across functions.
Examples include: increasing team effectiveness, developing better working relationships, and identifying and improving team communication styles and issues.
This work is most effective for intact teams that need an outside perspective to help them be more strategic and solve particular business issues. Teams gain the benefits of weekly accountability for change and improvement.
Team coaching models most frequently include up to eight team members, with on-site coaching spread out over six months.

Coaching Culture Program

We work with organizations to create their own coaching culture for their organization that aligns with their employees and their business objectives. This usually includes identifying how a coaching culture would best serve an organization and clarifying how the return on this investment would be measured. We offer training, supervising, and support for individuals who are building their own coaching skills, and we assist them in developing sustainable plans for creating a coaching culture that would permeate an organization.

Individual Coaching

(Funded by the individual and not the organization)
We work one-on-one with individuals who have decided it’s time to get more out of their personal and professional lives and who are willing to explore and stretch to find it. We provide the framework to help them cut through the clutter to map out and manage their best path. We know individuals have unlimited possibilities and responsibilities, and we help them define their focus to make the hard choices and organize priorities. We support and challenge clients to follow through on their choices.

Emerging Leaders Coaching

This special coaching program is designed for recent college and post-college graduates who are going through the process of determining their next steps. Using a variety of assessment tools, we help them to explore the possibilities for their work and life. We identify their natural abilities and the kind of personal and professional environments where they will thrive. In addition, we provide specific job skills support and help develop the "soft skills" they need to excel in today's workplace.
