Sample Assessment Tools

360° Degree Feedback measures an individual’s skill in core and leadership competencies critical for job performance. It is used for senior leaders, executives and corporate leaders. Leaders rate themselves and receive ratings from their peers, supervisor(s), subordinates and others (such as customers). This process increases self-awareness and drives skill development. Results are delivered in a report that highlights strengths, areas for improvement, and differences/similarities in views of behavior.
(EQi) BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory™ measures key emotionally and socially intelligent behaviors and provides an estimate of an individual’s emotional-social intelligence. It is most often used for rising leaders.
DISC (a 20-year old personality style analysis) measures dominance, influence, steadiness and structure, and compliance for self awareness and teamwork. It is used for employees at all levels.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is designed to measure psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. It is used for employees at all levels and also frequently used by whole teams to develop a better understanding of the team dynamic.
Meyers PCSI assesses communication styles to lead toward better interactions one on one or within teams.

Highlands Ability Battery assesses an individual’s innate abilities. It enables a focus around maximizing an individual’s abilities to become more satisfied in their work.
Birkman Method is a multi-dimensional assessment integrating behavioral, motivational and occupational data.

Keirsey - This free online assessment identifies your temperament type. It takes about 10-minutes to complete. A more in-depth report is also available (for a fee).
